1. GOOGLE ASSISTANT.

Google Assistant is an artificial intelligence-powered. virtual assistant developed by Google that is primarily available on mobile and smart home devices. Unlike the company’s previous virtual assistant, Google Now, the Google Assistant can engage in two-way conversations. It has made incredible progress since its 2016 launch during Google’s developer conference on May 18, 2016, as part of the unveiling of the Google Home smart speaker and new messaging app Allo and is probably the most advanced and dynamic of the assistants out there.

This AI will open whenever you say the wake words “OK, Google” and “Hey, Google.” Say those words to a compatible device, and you can command Google Assistant to read you a recipe, set a timer, check your calendar, give you directions or control your smart home devices.

2. SIRI

in Norwegian, Siri means a beautiful woman who guides you to victory.

Siri is a built-in voice-controlled personal assistant available for Apple’s. The idea is that you talk to her as you would a friend and she aims to help you get things done, whether that be making a dinner reservation or sending a message.

Siri has access to every other built-in application on your Apple device – Mail, Contacts, Messages, Maps, Safari and so on – and will call upon those apps to present data or search through their databases whenever she needs to. Ultimately, Siri does all the legwork for you.

While it was developed by Apple, Siri technology and Siri, Inc. were actually and engineered and co-founded by Stanford Research Institute cohorts Adam Cheyer, Dag Kittlaus, and Tom Gruber.

3. CORTANA

Cortana is described by Microsoft, its creator, as a “digital assistant.” It uses the Bing search engine to produce information answers to users, and also offers reminders, notebook features and calendar options. Cortana ships with various Microsoft operating systems for computers and other devices, including Windows 10 Mobile.

Cortana was once a big part of Windows 10, but it’s now turning into an app. This allows Microsoft to update Cortana more regularly, but it also means the company can separate it from the built-in search experience. Microsoft is now working on a new search interface for Windows 10 that will focus on the company’s new Microsoft Search initiative. Cortana is even being silenced during the Windows 10 setup process.
