Content management system in learning (LCMS)

The second part is the Learning Content management System or also can be abbreviated as LCMS. This system concept focuses more on the management, development and publishing of content.

It can be said that this LCMS does not rely too much on a teacher in providing its material. The student can study the content available in the LCMS himself. not only presenting content, LCMS can also create, process, edit and also provide a variety of learning modules for students.

Therefore, in LCMS there is no need for a teacher like the interaction between teacher and student like the LMS method. The LCMS emphasizes the provision of services in the form of modules whose sources themselves come from writers who are experts in their field or also from those publishers.

Social learning network (SLN)

Well, for this one, more similar to a social networking site that we often use. Same is the case with a social media like Facebook, Twitter, and various other social media. The concept itself is more similar to a group on a social network. For example groups on Facebook, Whatsapp, Line, and so on.

Within the group, each account will provide mutual discussion, interaction, and also communication with each other in the group. With this kind of communication system powerful enough to provide an increase in the relationship of its users.

This is due to the communication relationship in the social media, the interaction will become stronger. There is no communication relationship like a teacher and student but what exists is a relationship between friends who discuss each other. This makes learning among friends will be created.

Those are the three types of virtual class support software that can be implemented properly. Although this concept is very useful and certainly can minimize costs in the teaching and learning process, this concept is still rather difficult to apply in Indonesia.

Of course the first thing that becomes an obstacle is that the internet network system is still not evenly distributed in various regions while this virtual class relies heavily on internet speed. If the internet speed is very slow, then the implementation of cyberspace will be difficult to implement.

Therefore, currently there is only an Android-based e-learning application that can still be run in Indonesia, it’s just that the concept is still as a guide
